A unique meeting place for East and West, blending Chinese heritage, British colonial influences, high-tech modernity and Cantonese gusto. Skyscrapers and temples, shopping malls and traditional markets sit cheek-by-jowl. Amid the urban hustle there are quiet parks and green spaces, beaches and mountain-top views. Youngsters travel all the way around the world to come here for culture experiencing, enriching study opportunity and working, these all make Hong Kong a such dynamic international city beyond just in Asia.
Macau Chapter

Oriental Vegas – Macau lies on the western side of the Pearl River Delta across from Hong Kong, usually known as Portuguese Macau, was administered by the Portuguese Empire and its inheritor states from the mid-16th century until late 1999. Macau is the perfect combination of authentic Portuguese inspiration and traditional Chinese Cantonese inheritor.
The magic tiny area is one of the richest cities in the world and with the second highest life expectancy, along with the very high human development index as so few in Asian countries and cities. A considerable large number of highly prospective splendid universities and colleges located in Macau, such as University of Macau, University of Science and Technology and over 10 higher education institutes. An open-minded city welcomes all over the world.
Shenyang SWIBS Chapter (Sun Wah International Business School in Liaoning University)

Shenyang is the largest city of North-eastern area in China and the capital of Liaoning Province, with over 600 years in the history and as the ancient capital. Booming up economics and business-friendly environment, as well as the large population as basis are all great resources. Shenyang is an important industrial centre and commercial hub serves international transportation practically with Japan, Korea, Russia and other nearby countries.
Liaoning University is a key project 211 university in Liaoning province and famous for its financial programme. Beijing Foreign Studies University is a key university engaging in language teaching, foreign culture and language study research. Ho Chi Minh City Chapter

Ho Chi Minh City is the largest city in Vietnam – a fast-paced booming and dynamic country in Asia, formerly known as Saigon. An elegant place fulfilled with French colonial romance enshroud, famous literature masterpieces, such as opera Miss Saigon , L’Amant, and mix with modern elements in today’s society.
HCMC, the largest and busiest one of Vietnam’s cities is surely one of the most evocative place names in Asia. There are over 50 universities and colleges, initiative and prospective students desire to access to more unknown area and share senses of feelings with the world.
Hanoi Chapter

Hanoi is the capital of Vietnam and the country’s second largest city, which was the most important political centre of Vietnam since 1010. Ancient historically cultural sense gave Hanoi taste of culture and open-minded point of view towards dynamic atmosphere. Hanoi is 1,760 km north of Ho Chi Minh City and also a metropolitan city in Asia.
Universities in Hanoi also brought with modern higher education to students, providing with first rated faculty and international vision.

Tokyo Chapter

Tokyo is the economic and political centre in Japan which is the third global economic power, a second to none highly civilized city in the world. The most oriental impression in west as well as the most classic scenes in east shows the culture influences in Japan.

Kyushu University Chapter
Kyushu University, abbreviated to Kyudai is a Japanese public university which is one of Japan’s National Seven Universities. The history of Kyushu University can be traced by medical schools of the feudal domains built in 1867, and is the largest public university in Kyushu.
It was chosen for the Global 30 university program, and has been selected to the top 13 global university project. Different entrance qualification and best faculty team make Kyushu U the one of most selective and top university among students longing to do researching and science courses.

University of British Columbia Chapter
Vancouver, officially the City of Vancouver, is a coastal seaport city on the mainland of British Columbia, Canada, the eighth largest Canadian municipality. The Greater Vancouver area of around 2.4 million inhabitants is the third most populous metropolitan area in the country and the most populous in Western Canada. Vancouver is one of the most ethnically and linguistically diverse cities in Canada, the largest Chinese inhabitants community located here apart of Chinatown in Los Angeles.
UBC located in Vancouver, is a public university, abbreviated the University of British Columbia, aspiring to be one of the world’s best universities, will prepare students to become exceptional global citizens, promote the values of a civil and sustainable society, and conduct outstanding research to serve the people of British Columbia, Canada, and the world. University of Alberta Chapter
The University of Alberta is a public research university located in Edmonton, Alberta, in the beautiful country of maple leaf Canada. The top faculty team in Arts and Humanities English Language and Literature fulfill the campus with classy and peace.
A school sunk in Romantic taste and philosophy sense of humour definitely would endow students with deeply understanding of life and mutual sense. Global connecting band will extend young people’s life and experience in every way.
United Kingdom
De Montfort University (DMU) Chapter

De Montfort University located in the middle-eastern area of England, Leicester city, which as the most ethnically diverse city in UK, the culture experiencing is quite unique and influential. A powerful and dynamic sprit spread all over the campus and the city, making a real culture melting pot.
In 2012, February, as the first station of Her Majesty university tour, one footwear design major student was chosen to make shoes for Duchess of Cambridge. Moreover, art department in DMU has also received the praise from shoe guru Jimmy Choo and have him host a masterclass for students. In 2015, the Leicester castle hall has been leased by Sun Wah group and donated to DMU to build up a new international business school in the prospective of first class business school globally.
Amongst previous notable alumni, in the fields of political, business, arts and design, sports, DMU alumni participate everywhere in UK. A culture melting pot environment would give members of GYLN more motive and power and help improving participance in community.
